What we do

Early warning on field data

It watches meter, sensor and shipment data and alerts the right person when something unusual happens.

Data from your meters, sensors and shipments piles up every day, but you have no time to watch it line by line. A leak, a fault or a delay is often noticed only when a bill or a complaint arrives.

What it changes for your business

  • A leak, fault or delay can be spotted before a bill or a complaint arrives.
  • The alert can go to the person in charge rather than to everyone.
  • Customers affected by a delay or a fault can get automatic updates.
  • Your team can focus on alerts instead of watching data.

How it works

Meter, sensor and shipment data is watched continuously, and each source's normal range is worked out. When a value leaves that range, the system flags it as a possible leak, fault or delay. The alert goes, with its details, to the person in charge of that work.

How we set it up

  1. Discovery call

We listen to which data comes from where and how often, and which problems you notice too late today.

  2. Process map

Together we set the measurements to watch, the normal ranges, the people who receive alerts and the alert channel.

  3. Setup and integration

We connect to your data sources, work out the normal ranges from past data and test the alerts on past events.

  4. Operation and improvement

We follow false alarms and missed events, and update the ranges and rules for the season and your business.

What we need from you

  • Access to your meter, sensor or shipment data (database, files or a service)
  • Your past data and examples of known events
  • The people who receive alerts and their preferred channel

Your data stays under your control

We design the setup with the KVKK, Turkey's data protection law, in mind: personal data is masked where needed, and the AI model receives only what the task requires. The solution can run in your own cloud account or on your own server, and we can add an approval step before anything leaves your business.

Frequently asked questions

Which data sources and software does it work with?
We set it up to connect to your meter reading systems, sensor platforms, carriers' tracking services or the Excel and CSV files you receive regularly. Alerts can go by e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp or the chat tool your team uses.
Where is the data kept, and how is KVKK (Turkey's data protection law) handled?
Measurement data can stay in your own account or on your own server; if the analysis does not need personal data, subscriber details are kept apart. If personal data is processed, we set its purpose, access and retention together in line with KVKK.
What happens when the system is not sure whether a movement is a real problem?
We set the system up to flag an uncertain case as a warning to review, not as a definite alarm. The person in charge makes the final call; we use their feedback to improve the ranges.
How does setup run, and how long does it take?
We start with one data source and its history, and test the alerts on past events. How the data source can be accessed also affects the schedule. The time depends on the systems to connect and the scope; after the discovery call we give you a step-by-step plan with a time estimate.

Which part of your work should we automate?

Tell us which process takes the most time; we will look at what can be automated together in a short call.
