Scope

This policy covers this site and your contact with us by e-mail, phone and messaging apps. The legal information on personal data processing is in the Privacy Notice; cookies are explained in the Cookie Policy.

Our principles

We process personal data according to the principles of Article 4 of the KVKK:

• We act lawfully and in good faith.
• We keep data accurate and, where necessary, up to date.
• We process data only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.
• We ask for as much data as the purpose needs, and no more.
• We keep data only as long as the law requires or the purpose needs.

Information this site collects

This site collects only the information you send us yourself, technical server logs and, if we measure visits, cookieless aggregate statistics. Which data we keep, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Notice.

• We show no advertising and share no data for advertising.
• We do not build profiles of visitors.
• We do not sell your data.
• We use no analytics cookies; details are in the Cookie Policy.

Data in client projects

In the automations we build for a client, the client is the data controller and we act as a data processor under a written contract. The AI model and hosting providers, the region where the data is processed and the basis for any transfer abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK are chosen for each project and written into that contract.

Depending on the project, we can set up:

• The automation running on the client's own accounts or servers.
• Personal data masked before it reaches a model, wherever the work allows.
• A human approval step wherever a decision matters.
• Access limited to named roles.

Security

Under Article 12 of the KVKK we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. Among them:

• An encrypted HTTPS connection across the whole site.
• Admin panel access only for team members on an allowlist.
• A salted hash of the IP address, instead of the address itself, to limit form submissions.
• Only the permissions that are needed on our service provider accounts.
• Deletion of data on the retention schedule.

If personal data we process as data controller is obtained by others unlawfully, we notify the persons concerned and the Personal Data Protection Board as soon as possible, as Article 12 of the KVKK requires.

Third-party links

WhatsApp and the other services we link to from our site follow their own privacy policies. When you use those services, their policies apply.

Children

This site addresses businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
