- Which software does it work with?
- We set it up to work with software that offers a connection, such as e-mail, calendars, spreadsheets, ERP and CRM. If an older program has no connection, we design a route through exported files.
- Which data does the agent access, and how is KVKK (Turkey's data protection law) handled?
- We give the agent permission only for the accounts and data the work needs; the solution can run in your own account or on your own server. We set it up so that personal data is masked where needed and every access is logged; we design the flow in line with KVKK.
- What happens when the agent is not sure at a step?
- We set the agent up to stop and ask you when it is unsure or a case falls outside your rules. We put an approval step on actions such as quotes, payments or outgoing correspondence; the person who approves has the final say.
- How does setup run, and how long does it take?
